For the utterly awesome :iconhiido:. Her character Vogue, who is all dramatic and glamorous and high fashion. :'D

I've already said this before, but I am really glad I got to paint this lady. Vivien is such an awesome mold. ;_; I normally don't do this type of faceup either, so it was great to break out of my comfort zone a bit.

(while I was applying Pearl Ex powder to her eyes, I was trying to get a bit of the powder out of the bottle to mix with my gloss, but I somehow managed to spill half the bottle into the gloss. I AM SKILLED.)

It's also nice to se a Vivien who doesn't look Asian, since I'm considering her for a caucasian character. :D

Thanks so much! I'm not sure how I feel about using glittery stuff on dolls, but I guess it's fine when it suits the character.

Also... where did you get those eyes. They look /really/ good with her... ;O

(Aww poor you... >w< I would also recommend scooping a little bit out at a time with a dry brush and then mixing... or at least that seems to work for me. XD)

I stole Alfie's mystic urethanes for this. They look good in everybody, pretty much. XD

I'm really glad you like her! And I fully expect tons of picspam of her when she gets back. I love the way you photograph her, so it's going to be epic! And your advice about the pearlex is duly noted. c:
