The presence of a Nell should indicate to you that I am home for Thanksgiving. I decided to drag the girl down into the basement and try shooting some cinematic/moody detective thriller sort of shots, but it didn't go too well.

New wig, if you're wondering. Join the mohair club, etc.

I've been really tired lately. Sorry that I'm not being more upbeat about this. I am actually really glad to be home and seeing my girls again. (I left Alfie at college. He wouldn't fit on the bus back home.)

As I'm looking through the new shots you posted [in backwards order, derp derp], I find myself unsure if I like the new wig and then there's a shot like this that obliterates those doubts. She looks like an old film star, someone with class and character. Sort of Audrey Hepburn feeling here too which is nice.

Her face looks almost classy in this photo, if you know what I mean. Kind of twenties or thirties. She's very pretty, you did a good job on her.

Guhh, the grain is from shooting at a high ISO. I always just work with whatever light is available, and in this case, the light was pretty weak. :/

I hope you have a good Thanksgiving and get to have cool chillin' time with As! <3

College is okay! It feels like an age ago that I left home for college, and I think I've come a long way since then. _{ughh I have also gained weight ewww freshman fifteen ;_;}

Oooh, are you really? It would be nice to see Asriel on a nobility body! I know you're not exactly thrilled with the demon garden body. :/

You definitely learn a lot, and grow a lot in that first year.

For me, it was mostly good things, such as time management and being more tidy. Oh no, not the freshman 15! D: I somehow managed to lose 15+ in my first year, and have continued to keep it off. o_o

Actually, I just ordered it today! 8D How well did it match Alfie when you first got it? I'm wondering if I should send them photos for resin matching, but they say it's close to Volks NS so I'm thinking it should match Asriel alright no matter what.
DAT SCOLIOSIS SPINE. I will be so glad to be rid of it. x_x And have a jointed torso for slouchy goodness~

I don't actually think I'm eating poorly, but I'm much less active now, so I really need to start you know, moving instead of hiding in my dorm.

Alfie was a pretty darn close match initially! Though you also have to take into account Asriel yellowing, right? In any case, my nobility body yellowed ridiculously quickly: it's now much yellower than Alfie's head, which I think has maintained its color well.

Yeah if you're stressed and busy with work, that can definitely account for it. ): I think the fact that I was walking a lot more, and also riding my bike helped, and towards the end of the year I started running so I think that's what has kept me there.

Asriel has probably yellowed a bit, but not much since I've had him I don't think. I'm pretty good about keeping my guys out of the sun. I know you've mentioned that before so I'm not super worried because he'll match eventually xD I hope they've changed their resin so it doesn't yellow as fast though. They let you get it without the neck joint and weirdo nipples now.
